Because the information is digital, Dr. Schraner can immediately access your X-ray images on a computer to make prompt diagnostic decisions for your treatment. She can also use the information available on the X-rays to create a customized plan for addressing existing oral health issues.

Are digital X-rays safer than traditional X-rays?

Traditional X-rays use radiation to create the images of your teeth. Digital X-rays still use radiation, but usually up to 90% less than traditional technology.
